About the Club

Riding Club London is a private members club bringing together like-minded equine enthusiasts of all abilities for fun riding and social events.

We offer a variety of evening and weekend riding opportunities: weekly lessons, intensive training days, weekends away, country and beach hacks, holidays, days out hunting, lessons on military horse and more.

We also have an active social calendar, with events such as monthly club drinks, dinners & balls, BBQs, trips to equine events, yard visits, behind the scenes tours and gallery exhibitions etc.

Club History

Riding Club London was established in 2008 by friends and keen riders Ashley Parasram and Rosie Van Cutsem. Their aim was to offer equestrian enthusiasts with busy London lives access to quality horses, venues and instructors as well as a calendar of enjoyable social events. To achieve this, they developed partnerships with equine-based military regiments.

The club was launched in the Officers Mess at the Household Cavalry barracks in Knightsbridge, and went on to partner with the Kings Troop when it was based at St John’s Wood Ordanance Hill Barracks. The club was also involved in setting up the Household Cavalry Foundation in 2013, a charity to support the soldiers, horses and heritage of the Household Cavalry.

Through our ongoing lessons, events and fundraising activities, we continue to develop our partnership with the Military, including the Royal Artillery Hunt based in Wiltshire.
